
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Jumeaux, every piece is produced in small batches with care.
We want you to love your garments, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Eligibility for Returns
We offer a full refund to the original payment method for items returned to us within 10 business days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, scents, makeup, or damage, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Returns received after 10 business days are eligible for store credit only, up to 14 days from delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are available within 14 days if the item is in stock.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, discounted items, gift cards, final-sale or sample-sale pieces,
and custom, made-to-order, or altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, email hello@jumeauxjumeaux.com with your order number,
the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
International Orders
At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped, Jumeaux is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number if this occurs.
