Every order is handled with care, and we aim to ship your items as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
Processing Times
Orders typically take two to four business days to process before shipping. During new collection launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
International Shipping
At this time, Jumeaux does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future.
Order Changes
Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you need assistance, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, ownership passes to the customer. Jumeaux is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen in transit. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We are always happy to offer guidance, but we cannot replace or refund orders lost after shipment.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur additional shipping charges to reship.
Pre-Orders
If an item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Pre-order timelines are approximate and may change due to production or transit delays. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items,
the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Issues or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and assist with a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
